Sitting down to meditate isn’t the only way to feel the unconditional love that you are and your interconnectedness with others. That’s what I’ve discovered via the Positive iMPACT Movement (PiMOV). “Active meditation” is the state of being where you consciously connect to the heart, listening and sharing from there, staying in the present and observing through your open heart.
